The original “master formula” of the compound, De pulveri papae Benedicti de Luna , is the result of ethnobotanical research (presented in 2004) *. It is marketed exclusively by Cafés B + O as “Tisana del Papa Luna” (registered trademark).

The compound replaced Benedict XIII of the attempted poisoning (Peñíscola, 1418). In 1601, it was still recognized as a classic Valencian concoction, very familiar, very used and very safe (in Officina Medicamentorum).

The infusion reproduces, faithfully, the characteristics of authentic, natural, pleasant, different and healthy.
